| If
your boobs are bulging
out over the top
or the sides, this
is a sure sign that
you are wearing
a cup size too small.
Your boobs should
be enclosed in the
cups of the bra.
If your bra rides
up your back or
moves around and
your straps are
falling off your
shoulders, you
are wearing a
back size too
big. It should
fit you snugly.
If the wires
stick out at the
front or dig in
under your arms,
again the cup
size is too small.
Straps digging
into your shoulders
and leaving red
marks. Your straps
are not the main
support for your
boobs, you could
be wearing too
big of a back.
Alternatively
you could try
loosening the
straps.
Cups are wrinkly.
If it is a horizontal
wrinkle your straps
could be too loose/long.
A vertical wrinkle
could mean your
cup is too big
or the back too
loose. A diagonal
wrinkle is a combination
of both the above
so both back and
cup size should
be changed.
